Double-decker buses came to Hong Kong thanks to the English, of course. They are not very comfortable, the way up the stairs is quite tight and you can fall quite badly when braking. Accidents are damn dangerous too. However, the view when sitting upstairs at the front is certainly pleasant. These buses were parked near the WanChai Ferry Terminal.
