The Polish concept of a block of flats is losing some of its meaning, because in China blocks have even 30-40 floors and each has 4 to 8 apartments. Thousands of people live in such blocks, they often have to wait a long time for the elevators, there are usually 3-4 passenger lifts, but it doesn't help much. Let's also take into account that here practically no one cares about open space or the distance from individual buildings. This is how real, tight and high housing estates are created.
