In the foreground, old residential buildings scheduled for demolition. A little further, modern office buildings, not yet finished. Only one thing amazes me... the inhabitants have been relocated, but nothing has been demolished for over a year! Ruins await in the very center of the city. Why? My guess is that the local authorities, land owners, government, and property owners are waiting for appropriate bribes and offers, and then they will decide which developer will gain access to the heart of Futian District.
