If such a street were built in Poland, it would be called a highway. Of course, there are many historic buildings in Poland, narrow streets, viaducts, tunnels that limit construction, so I do not expect that there will be such streets through Wrocław, for example. As seen in China, the city of Shenzhen is a new city, so the construction of streets and office buildings can be planned from a ruler.
