This shot shows two classes of buildings. At the bottom - small houses - a poor housing estate for workers. People who rent apartments as cheaply as possible, without any gardens, without privileges, without swimming pools, without gyms. They cannot be bought, only rented, because the land is owned by the government. The taller buildings are a modern residential estate and are now available for purchase. The prices of such apartments are usually PLN 10,000 per 1 m2.
