In Poland, there has been talk for two years about plans to build a skyscraper in a given city. Then it is debated for another two years. Depending on the developer's situation and the general economic situation in the country, construction takes from three to ten years. In Shenzhen, a 440-meter-high skyscraper is being built in three years!!! The new Kingkey Finance Tower is almost ready, this photo is no longer up to date.
