I don't really know what that man was doing at the top of this ad?! He was probably still attaching it and assembling it. The fair has already started in earnest, but as you can see, not everyone was prepared. This approach also proves something about health and safety regulations in China, or rather their lack. If the guy fell, he would not only break himself, but he would hurt others.
