In large cities, power is divided into districts and later into settlements (in Chinese they are called Cun - villages). A lot has changed in the HuangGang Xin Cun estate, where we lived for over 5 years, and the authorities have invested a lot (another issue is that they themselves have earned a lot using various methods). One of the investments was an illuminated bas-relief on Shuiwei 2nd Street. It shows scenes from the life of Chinese people in different times. The variable backlight is delightful and changes colors every night.
