General panorama of YueYang city in Hunan province. I go there regularly and I get to know this city better and better. First, I didn't have the opportunity to visit the most interesting places and monuments, but now I've made up for it - unfortunately, I didn't add many photos because I had a lot of backlogs. During the Song dynasty, defensive walls and strong fortifications were built in the city, which have survived to this day. There are also various temples and parks in the area. The city is famous for Dongting Lake. When I was there for the first time and crossed the huge bridge, I had the impression that the lake never ends. The huge body of water is also visible in this photo, on the horizon further to the left. The lake connects in the north with the famous Yangtze River.
