I don't know what to call it, I don't know if it's women's or men's - or maybe unisex, but definitely someone bravely hung it to dry. Many tourists are surprised that laundry in China hangs literally everywhere. There is no such thing as drying rooms, people rarely use standing balcony hangers. In old buildings, laundry hangs literally everywhere: on the roof, on the facade, on special bars, on balcony bars, and sometimes, as in this case, even on a tree. In modern skyscrapers it hangs from the ceiling on built-in balconies, on grates, or less often on a standing dryer.
