Workers in Shanghai are renovating an old tenement house. As you can see, teamwork and the human factor always play an important role here. I observed this on various construction sites, as well as during the construction of a high-speed railway line. Here we have steel pipes and a bamboo base, but very often, even on the tallest skyscrapers, bamboo poles are used. Some solutions simply do not get old and no material can replace them.
