Chinese crawfish are a very popular delicacy. The type of meat and taste is reminiscent of shrimp. Breeding such creatures is relatively easy. Farmers simply take them out of wet ground, from wetlands where they grow rice or other vegetables that require more water. The water attracts various creatures, e.g. shrimps and crayfish. Unfortunately, it also attracts leeches, so planting rice is very hard and demanding work.
