I remember that this hotel right next to the Guangzhou East station has changed its name, maybe even its owner, three or even four times. Since the station became an important transport hub - trains to Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the entire area has changed. Many new residential skyscrapers, hotels and a huge 3-level shopping center were built. Everything was thought out and connected to two metro lines. You can like China for such solutions.
