This applies especially to the city center, famous promenades, and places popular with tourists; such places are simply blocked by too many cars. It's more difficult to order a taxi, and the subway is also crowded. For many people, it is more convenient to simply rent a bike. Here I came across a girl in a traditional Chinese dress. Maybe she was going to some meeting in the style of manga, game characters, or movies. Such meetings are very popular on weekends. The second option - the girl has a job related to this styling, e.g. a bar, restaurant or shop. Still, such cycling clothing is a rare sight even in China.
