Football is experiencing a renaissance in China. Some men spend hours watching English, Italian and German league matches on TV. Sometimes late at night due to the time difference. Others prefer to rent a pitch for 500-600 RMB (about PLN 250) and play every weekend with their friends. Amateur teams are increasingly investing in professional equipment and uniforms.
