Cooking in a wok is an art, what matters most is speed and high temperature. It doesn't take long to cook, nothing is kept under steam, everything is done at an express pace, whether it's beef, vegetables or fish. The photo isn't the best, but the kitchen was really dark, and it was night. Still, you should like it!
