In this case, as I documented, it was worth the beggar's wait. Photos taken with an analog Pentax MZ30 and a Nikon D70s digital SLR camera. Unfortunately, there are a lot of persistent beggars in Chinese metropolises and not all of them are actually poor, they simply rely on people's naivety and someone's wealth.
