As far as I know, this gentleman sells such baked potatoes. Why in such a tank? These sweet potatoes are hot all the time, so there must be some heat in these pots. Such snacks are very popular among workers and young girls who do simple jobs and do not have high salaries. I've eaten it myself too, almost like a campfire potato, but sweeter and more orange.
