Snack bar at night. Such bars have become very important catering points in larger markets, in city centers, close to department stores. They specialize in meat on a stick deep fried in oil with aromatic grill spices. They can be very sharp! I recommend chicken legs, tofu, pork, fishmeal balls, but I have never tried the popular octopus legs.
