Life and Travel in China

One friend told me today that when his wife found out that she was pregnant and that a daughter would be born again, she immediately wanted to have an abortion, the reason being because they already have a daughter. What kind of sick nation is this? In general, China already has an excess of men due to such stupid thinking. I wonder where they are supposed to look for wives, or maybe homosexuality will spread? Fortunately, this friend stopped her and she now has two beloved daughters. When will they realize that the days of working in the fields and the war with Japan are over and they already have enough peasants?! In fact, it is the service industry: hotels, restaurants, discos, KTV, and various supermarkets mostly employ girls. However, something is wrong in their worldview and for them the daughter is too weak, causes problems, cannot support her parents in their old age and may become pregnant. This means that women are always in trouble!

I was recently in a factory with air conditioning, it was 35 degrees outside and about 22 degrees in the production hall. Everything is slowly changing for the better in China. Of course, there are still many poor, small factories where workers work in terrible conditions, but those that are developing care more and more about their skilled workers. I assure you that in Poland people sometimes work in worse conditions.

The first Polish prostitute appeared in Hong Kong! Maybe not the first, but the first to advertise on the Internet. Well, something is finally changing and Poland is opening up to China (literally).

It's hot, you're thirsty... and imagine that in the middle of nowhere there is practically no mineral water at all (maybe only in certain areas). They only bottle distilled water. In the hypermarket, even Danon offers distilled or mineralized water, but not naturally mineral water. There is only Perrier, but no exaggeration, PLN 4 for a small bottle of water? I miss Staropolanka, which I drank to my heart's content in June, in Poland. When I came back and boldly took a sip of Danon Chinese Distilled Water, I thought I would return (I really did). The only water that can be drunk in China is Nongfu (meaning farmer). It is water from some natural source, a lake. Nevertheless, China has a problem with drinking water and this problem will become more and more serious.

...I haven't spoken for a while, but I had to travel halfway across China to get married. Seriously, not half, but 14 hours on a train is something. Everything went smoothly and after ten minutes at the Chinese registry office we received the marriage certificate (and later its international version), of course we had to spend a few weeks preparing the documents and translating them, and in the office itself three weddings were celebrated in a few minutes, without any ado or ceremony, just a photo, papers, a stamp and the next one (not very romantic). The best, however, were the wedding photos, in Poland wedding photography is a little Kazio considering what is done here, how much dressing up, different backgrounds, costumes from the Tang dynasty, it takes a few hours or even the whole day (if someone wants outdoor photos), but the end result is amazing (beautiful printed albums and paintings). I recommend weddings in China!
