Chinese women are amazing, marriage is a determinant of existence for them. I was talking to a friend, a 23-year-old girl. I remember that a few months ago she didn't even have a boyfriend. Now, suddenly, she tells me that she is married. I ask how this happened, without anything, overnight? She tells me that marriage doesn't require a reason. She's a bit childish and I don't see her as a wife. However, I admit that Chikas aged 25-35 go ​​crazy. It's similar all over the world, but probably no girl, like a Chinese woman, is ready to marry anyone out of desperation. I know three such 'violent' marriages, two of which ended in divorce a year ago. It is still done in the traditional way here, especially in the countryside. The family introduces itself to two young people, they don't have to love each other, but it's time to get married and have children.

However, the Chinese are idiots (it's hard to call them anything else in this case)... imagine that they plan to demolish the beautiful, old, classic tenement houses (which you can also see in my photos - Zhejiang province) and build new housing estates. Congratulate! I also propose to completely demolish the Great Wall of China and build a chain of hotels along the ruins of the Wall. It's like a second cultural revolution. Instead of restoring something, it is being demolished, and there is also environmental degradation. They just have a practical approach to the matter. Why do I need an old tenement house where a family has lived for centuries?! I will move them to a housing estate and build a new housing estate here myself. There really aren't many monuments in China outside of Shanghai and Beijing. Poland probably has more to offer, even considering the size of both countries.

China's sex revolution is reaching a new level. My wife just sent me photos from the new KTV club in Beijing. The girls there are practically naked, all their clothes are transparent. I've been to such big clubs before, there are actually hundreds of girls there, in special waiting rooms (so far elegantly dressed, in dresses). Most of them just sit there, drink beer, let themselves be touched and run home, and few of them go to bed unless they see a good profit from it. Despite everything, girls there don't have an easy life (the Chinese like to take it out on them a bit - undressing, fighting, messing, screaming, general libation). And as you can see, it may soon get worse, because if they see them naked, these guys will go crazy.

DID YOU KNOW THAT China will be the first country in the world to give up traditional airline tickets. Electronic tickets will be introduced on all lines by the end of this year. Of course, they will save paper and money, but maybe it will cause more chaos and some passengers will not know what to do without a ticket in their hands?!

The housing situation in China is quite complicated at the moment. Well, in wealthier provinces, housing prices have increased by 200%-500% over the last 5 years. The middle class cannot afford apartments now, some people have been saving money for several years, and rising prices are constantly making the chances of purchasing their own property more distant (the solution is high-interest loans). Many people rent apartments, but rental costs are also getting higher. However, rich people buy two, three, even five apartments and treat it as an investment. Many of these apartments are not even intended for rent. Real estate offices have already replaced tool, grocery and clothing stores. Even in small towns, there are 2-4 real estate brokerage offices at each intersection. However, I am afraid that one day this housing boom will end, because rationally speaking, the number of apartments increases every day, and people do not become millionaires overnight (unless in the movies).
